Southend’s Sadie Davidson has gone from living in a hostel, to recording and releasing her own spoken word album!
Being described as an “Urban” performance poet, Davidson is bursting onto the scene with her first spoken word album, which was recorded in the airing cupboard of her home, and will be released later this year.
About The Album:
“Council House and Silent” is debut album from Sadie Davidson.
Recorded at home in her airing cupboard after spending months in a hostel with her partner and two small children, “Council House and Silent” is a truthful, heartbreaking and highly provocative window in to life in Britain’s underclass.
